Candidates' Forum

Trees

The Town recently commissioned an assessment of each of the trees on Church Street between Glyndon and Beulah. The report recommends that many of the trees be removed.

Native plants project

In cooperation with the Town's Department of Parks and Recreation, NEVCA will use a grant of $3,375 from Fairfax County's "Neighborhood Enhancement Partnership Program" to introduce native varieties of plants -- hardy varieties that are less susceptible to damage by non-native, invasive plants -- into Northside Park.
